OUR DESIGN MOVES PEOPLE

The moment someone steps into a staged home, they can feel it—when a space just works. It’s that subtle harmony between design and livability that helps buyers envision themselves living there. That’s the power of thoughtful staging.

Our approach is rooted in creating emotional impact. We combine modern elements with timeless style, sophistication with warmth, and a global design perspective with a strong sense of place. Every detail is intentional—designed to elevate the space while highlighting its unique potential.

Leading this vision is Jon Rosichelli, our founder and principal designer. Since launching the firm in 2005, Jon has brought over 26 years of experience staging and designing homes throughout the Seattle area. His expertise helps ensure that every property we stage stands out in today’s competitive market.

As our team grows, our focus remains the same: helping homeowners, agents, and developers present properties at their absolute best—transforming spaces into beautifully staged homes that sell faster and for more.

“This is my third experience with Jon and his team, and I am still very satisfied with a consistent, quality product and a team of professionals who do an amazing job of interpreting space, bringing in light and color, showcasing the home and ensuring that the property, owners, and brokers are in constant communication. I will continue to use them any chance I have. Thanks all!!”

As a real estate professional, I understand the critical role that staging plays in selling homes quickly and at the highest possible price. I recently had the pleasure of working with RD-Interiors on our latest new construction project, and I am thoroughly impressed by their service. Their attention to detail, keen eye for design, and professionalism transformed our listing, making it more attractive and appealing to buyers. The team was responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely committed to enhancing each space to its fullest potential. I highly recommend John and his team to anyone looking to elevate their home presentation. They truly are a partner you can trust in the real estate market.

“Hands down, the best staging company we use. We are a multifamily investment firm, and will not use any other company to help us market and lease up our condos and apartments. RD Interiors has such an eye for design, and understands the market of each property. On our last Seattle property, we fully leased an entire building in less than 72 hours, and much of that success is attributed to their staging. Thank you RD Interiors Team!!!”
